I loved that these are all interchangeable, so once you know the distance you want them apart, you can use 1 handhold to mark your holes and then figure out your color placement. the only issue I had was that the T nuts on the back are not just basic t nuts. So I could have extra spots to move the holds around once the wall was up, I ordered a set of extra nuts off Amazon that were the right size, and the bolts would twist in but wouldn't go all the way through. I had to order a whole other set of holds to have enough backing bolts for my plan.

These did the trick for the rock wall. They are smaller than we had wanted but the larger ones that we could find were a LOT more expensive. My husband has had a terrible time installing these and he is very handy.

So, an early admission. Although this is SUPPOSED to be for children, it's actually set up in my master bedroom. I literally climb out of bed. These are well made holds with sturdy mounting hardware more than adequate for a grown manchild. There are multiple different kinds, and each one can be spun as needed before remounting to increase the variability even further. Plus, they're FUN. Like, a lot of fun. A great workout, a great addition to a kids room to help them stay fit and explore, and great for adults as well, I'm a fan, and I bet you will be too...

These are just what I expected and hoped for. These are the standard hand and foot holds for a kids' climbing wall. Comes with everything you need to set up and simple to install. Drill a hole, hammer in the nut thing (it has spikes that lock it into the wood) on the back side of the wood, and then you can bolt right in.
