sharp pencil sharpeners
I was looking for inexpensive pencil sharpeners to pack in Operation Shoebox boxes. I tried one of these out and it sharpens much better than the ones sold for kids in the school supply section of office supply stores. The package had a few more than I need for the boxes and I intend to replace my previous sharpener with this one.

Perfect!
I bought these for my art classroom, and they are awesome sharpeners! They are far better than the single-hole sharpeners I’ve been buying the past couple years. The blade stays sharp and doesn’t dull out like the others I’ve bought. My students, apparently, love them, too! They’ve “walked off” with all but three of them!

They sharpen evenly.
These sharpen evenly and are well made. I have sharpened new pencils and been pleased. I ordered theses for Operation Christmas Child package for school supplies. Can’t beat the price

Very disappointed with this item.
I should have tried these before I packed my boxes to send to needy children. The boxes had been delivered to the drop off point. I needed a pencil trimmed and had three sharpeners left over so I tried one. They kept breaking the ends the pencil off and looked like they had been chewed. I tried all 3 of them on several different pencils and they all did the same thing. I am very unhappy about these, I like to send quality when I give gifts.The pencil sharpeners I purchased last fall were wonderful. I can still use them. I thought these would be the same

Not recommended for coloring.
They do sharpen a pencil but not to a fine point. They also dull quickly.

Tiny but mighty!
I found these little sharpeners a good value for the money. I make ChemoCare Bags for women going thru Chemotherapy. Along with puzzle, coloring books and colored pencils I include a sturdy metal sharpener. There is nothing more frustrating than breaking the point on a colored pencil right in the middle of a relaxing coloring session!

Great value.
I love these small pencil sharpeners. I use them constantly they sharpen the pencils to an fine tip while not breaking the lead.
