A good quality product, although a little heavy.

The quality was top notch but its hard to operate as the hand will not have any space to rotate

Very hard to use. Not convenient.
It is sturdy, looks good and build quality is great. However, the internals of it seems flimsy and makes crackling noise while closing the door. It is too tight to open the knob. Not really convenient and definitely requires way a lot of strength to open. Not for elderly and kids.

Worst product don't buy this
Bad product don't buy this if you face any issues engineer will not come at your place and they will tell you to repair this by local carpenter. You will face lot of challenges to register a complaint against your product.
