These resistance bands are absolutely AMAZING. Not only is the material very high quality- literally you can tell just by touching the bands- but they stretch so comfortably, but only to the point where you’re still getting that intense muscle work! They are light weight and the colors are earthy and beautiful. These bands REALLY make you want to work out because they feel so durable and are very cooperative when you’re using them. They really get the job done. I’ve noticed they also helps with my balance and posture while doing each exercise. I HIGHLY recommend this resistance band package. I can honestly say I have NEVER in my 24 years come across a more high quality, resistance band. All four of them. I just put myself through a workout and can honestly say that the success of the workout ALONE goes to these resistance bands. They are high quality, the resistance is INSANE, and the versatility that they have is amazing.
