Brilliance BPA Free Airtight Food Storage Containers with Lids, Set of 4 (4.7 Cup) Ideal for Lunch, Meal Prep, and Leftovers

Was very happy to see the product is even better than advertised that is a first for me. Easy to use airtight easy to store. I had recently moved in the old stuff I needed to get rid of because it wasn’t ceiling anymore and this this product is a good one.

It’s a great meal prep container but lacks longevity. I like the snap-on rubber seal—it really makes it leak proof. However, if I had to do it again, I’d spend for the glass ones. These lasted two years before they started cracking along the bottoms. Three years in and my last one finally cracked too. Just another plastic container going to the landfill.

I have to say I was extremely an ecstatic to purchase a new full set of storage containers. As the reviews indicate, these are great containers and seal excellent and store food in the refrigerator very well. Before purchasing I double checked that they were freezer safe. Unfortunately, after a day of cooking, the next time I opened my freezer I was shocked to see that everything was completely crystallized and pretty much ruined. I thought the air tight containers would prevent this from happening. Regardless of if the container was full to the brim or just had half the amount, each item was full of crystals as was the side of the container and the lid. I honestly love the containers and the shape and sizes that they come in. I bought 26 different container containers in varying sizes all from the brilliance BPA free collection. It’s a shame they can’t do the one true thing that I was hoping they could support with all of the freezer meals I prep.

These are amazing for a short time. Love how they stack, they don't leak, and they are easy to clean. Being lightweight makes them easy to take to work. They also have a large interior capacity in relation to their size/weight. However, within about 6 months, the lids started to crack. Now three years later. All of the lids have cracked from the same injection point in the center. And now, because they leak through the crack. They aren't all that usable anymore. These are awesome. But consider them disposable.

Satisfied with product because of my ability to “see” its content, the 2 clamps to lock them. Also, being able to microwave, and freeze them. Have made several purchases, several sizes. The lids seal well, at times having to put a little effort to remove them, which this is not a problem. Have been able to buy these at a reduced price.

Pros: These are a great size for leftovers, they seal tight and do not stain. They stack nicely in fridge or freezer. Have frozen tomato sauces and berries, and nothing stains. Cons: They are very hard to open so not good for things that you would open frequently like cookies or snacks. The lid should release when side clamps are lifted but it takes a lot of force to break the seal and sometimes have to pry open with a spoon. They never get dry in the dishwasher, and the lids come out dripping with water because the seal holds water. They are bulky to store because the lids take up a lot of space. Same issues with the larger sizes of these. The Rubbermaid Tritan containers are more practical for most things, and if bulky storage is not a deal breaker, brand name glass containers would be better.

I put one star on these because I did not keep them, not because they are not good. I accidentally bought these not realizing that they are plastic. I returned them for the same exact brand but in glass, since I've been getting away from plastics. The lid seals on the container are nice and tight and are great for freezing too. I have always liked the Rubbermaid brand.

These containers have leak tight tops, stackable, clear so you can see foods and don’t stain. Unfortunately, that is where the good news stops. We purchased these in October 2023 and we were down to 7 out of 44 containers by November 2025. Even though they say they are microwave compatible they will crack like the pictures shown. Generally we washed these by hand even though they say dishwasher safe. Rubbermaid has always been know for quality which is why we bought them. We don’t feel pricing 2 year product life.
