The Pole trimmer arrived sooner than expected. The 20 ft. length is what I needed to trim the top of a willow tree without standing on near the top of a 6ft. ladder. HOwever, when the pole is extended fully (~20ft), it is difficult to control and the pole flexes - hence the 4 star. A slightly more stiff extension would make the pole more easily controllable. The trimmer is very sharp and cuts branches easily.

Nice product.
This item was packed incredibly well to prevent damage during shipping. It has a very long reach, which is ideal for removing suckers from my Maple tree in the front yard.

So sad....what are they thinking
rope provided for this pole is WAY TOO SHORT. I have to go buy rope that will allow this device to be used when extended past half way....Poor design or attention to detail.
