I have wanted to get a watch, but this is so much more than that.If you are trying to be more health conscious, or health-aware, then this is the fitness tracker for you.I thought I will need help setting this up but after reading the instruction manual, it was pretty easy.All the things that needs to be done are outlined clearly so even for a technology challenged like me, I was able to set it up no problem and without my husbands help.For the functions, I got this activity tracker to help with my weight loss goal and of course to help monitor my health.It tracks my steps, distance, sleep and heart rate. It alerts me when I get a call or text.How cool it is to have a wristband that does all of that! And aside from these important functions, it works as a watch.I haven’t worn a watch in like forever (since I had a cellphone) so it’s great that I have something that does so much more while having an easy access to the time and date.Very sleek design. Love how easy the touch screen is to operate.Had no troubles connecting it to the app.Overall, this fitness tracker does what they said it would do.I love that I can use it without phone and then sync the data collected by the tracker.So even if went out without the phone tracker will collect all the data about my activity and health.

Great inexpensive fitness tracker for the price. I waited a few weeks before giving my review to give me time to test it out. It offers the simple basics, but with the blood pressure sensor, a must have for tracking your blood pressure. It's not 100% accurate, but in comparing with my own blood pressure monitor readings it seems to be somewhat accurate. The readings and charter are perfect for my needs and the app offers several user adjustments. Although it is basic, the technology is good. My suggestion on colors, don't buy white. I love white, it just picks up dirt really easy, which can be cleaned off, and holds color from things like sheets and new clothing, which is not good. The staining does not come out so you are left with a white band with hints of blue and pink and whatever else your might come across on your adventures.The other downfall is the simple, broken English instructions that don't do the product justice. The technology is good, but it's hard to know this if you don't know all it offers. The four stars are not because of the technology, only because of the staining issue on white bands and the simple instructions. If you want to improve your product sales, improve your guidance. Make a YouTube tutorial or more readable instructions, otherwise people will be hesitant to recommend this to product.FYI - I ended up coloring my band with a sharpie marker. That's how bad it looked.

This makes my third fitness watch. The first time I bought one it came from China and was lost in the mail. The second one was supposed to have all the qualities that this one had and well it was sold to me under false pretenses. I returned it and purchased this one. I absolutely love how it works and how well it measures my heart rate..blood pressure and blood oxygen. I have compared it with hospital equipment and it seems to be very accurate. I would recommend this product and seller to everyone who wants to be able to keep track of their health which is very important. It has a full color screen and feels good while you wear it. It's like so light you don't even know you have it on. Plus it's not as pricey as a lot of other brands and does the same thing. Battery charge seems to last 4 days or more. I am fully satisfied with my purchase and I recommend this product and seller to everyone. Thanks so much!

The activity tracker itself is durable, waterproof, fits well and is very secure, has extra features like putting a picture on the opening screen, and pleasant to look at the screen as well. None of these watches does very well in bright sun light but this one is better than average and there are calibrations in the app that help you get accurate blood pressure readings. Once you get this activity band set up, it pretty much does everything it says it will, but I would not recommend it for a first time activity tracker user unless they have someone to help them. I had a coupe of these type bands over the years and it was a challenge for me to set up, and the directions given didn't always follow what I was seeing on the app screen. All in all I am pleased with this purchase. You can get additional watch bands, but colors are random. I haven't figured out where to send order for a particular color but documentation says this can be done.
