After using my first two pounds of this product I can honestly say that this did work for me in increasing my lactation. I did find it worked best when used in a baked good, such as cookies, especially if it was paired with oats. That said even in some pancakes or mixed into a drink this still got things moving and helped me to produce more higher quality milk. The taste isn't candy but after a week or so I go used to it. The price is excellent too. I did stick these in the freezer for a week and then stored them in the fridge to ensure bugs wouldn't take it over but I can't say I found evidence that bugs were in it at all.

I’ve been using brewers yeast for to add flavor and nutrition to popcorn, salad, soup etc., but the only flavor this adds is an unpleasant, gummy one.
