A perfect fit for my shoes and a great help for my plantar fasciitis.

insoles are great for pain relief while walking, immediate benefits for mei took out original insoles of my shoes and put these ini wear fairly tight fitted new balance which are notorious for being undersized but these fit in them fine, i saw a review complaining about not being able to fit them but i had no issues - just remove original insolesi will be using these while i recover from palantar fasc..

I find them just as comfy as my cheaper insoles.

I have terrible problems with comfort when walking and I have tried many different types of insoles to help but have not been able to find a cure, these are better than nothing but only just hence the three star rating.

Fitted well into my work shoes, but were too bulky for my trainers.

Excellent product, very comfortable with lots of arch support. Only thing that would be better is to make it thicker under the ball of the foot (which is where I have my issue)
