Fo rsomeone who has very little cushion in the backside, this has been a saving grace. I bought two so that my co=pilot could also enjoy such a luxury, if needed. You will sit "high on the hog"" if you so choose with this. I need to give you a little bit of the 411 here. I am 117 and 5'6. I drive a jeep grand cherokee.. from 2015. This vehicle is loved and we have replaced the cushions in the vehicle. But to no avail. It has not improved the ride. Thus, the addition of these heavenly cushions to adorn my buttox. I now sit high in the sky! And it does not go down like a whoopee cushion. Could this be due to me being a lightweight? Perhaps... but i am going to say it is more likely that it is well made and is sturdy, with the proper support. I use it every time I ride in my chariot. So I hope this helps in the process of whether you do or don't move forward in such a purchase

I purchased this for my car. I am short and seats don’t adjust high enough for me to see the road well unless I use a booster. Pillows flatten and so does memory foam. This one is pretty firm, so it works for me very well. I still find it comfortable. Before I took it to my car I used it in my dining room chair where I sit to feed my grandson. The angle usually hurts my back, but using the cushion makes it completely pain-free. I ordered a second one because I want one for both places. Although it is firm, I find it comfortable even on long trips.

Comfortable and easy to use. This has made long car rides so much more comfortable. Do keep in mind it's going to raise you up a significant amount, so if you are driving, you will need to adjust your seat for that. It's held up well, still looks new. I am so glad I got this

Appreciate its firmness, which was for me impossible to find: every other item out there is soft/medium/undeclared. Unfortunately it is not shaped for car seat lower cushion geometry in two important ways. 1. The thicker/wedge part is not thick enough to level unfortunate car seat lower cushion’s angle. That angle as per my spine ortho docs and PT is detrimental to people driving “while having lower spine radiculopathy”, in lay terms lower back pain. Amazing how none of car manufacturers make adjustable seats to level seat horizontally. 2. Car seat lower cushion is not flat and has ridges on the sides. This item is flat and it is too wide. Thus, unfortunately, moves up and down or side to side of the lower cushion of the car seat ridges. Wish it would have bottom portion concave/convex to fit into the “pit” of the car seat. I am still planning to get the second one and somehow cut/modify it so it would at least eliminate the angle. Nothing on the market is firm enough but this item. Hence I have to work with it. Still highly recommend for people with back pain. But get two of them ( is it a strategy to make more money :)) “A survey of U.S. adults in 2022 found that around 28 percent reported having chronic low back/sciatic pain.” If you are one of them go for this one but again get two and modify accordingly if possible. I would recommend manufacturers to modify it. I have lower back pain for many years. But for at least 3 years was not able to find anything on the market yes anything that works/firm enough. Few ortho said there is nothing out there manufactured, use self made wedge out of towels. I did until this one. If they do what described above that will not only help 28% of US people, but will turn them billionaires overnight. Just make it thicker and shape for the lower cushion of the car seat and advertise as such and firm/non-soggy. I am a doc myself and wish 28% US people plus one person (CEO of this company) read my post :)
