TPOB Play Barber Hair Clippers for Men 7500 RPM with Rubber Green/Black/Pink Grips (Black)

To begin, Im NOT a paid reviewer of any kind. Just a regular dude trying to be helpful as I rely on reviews alot myself.That said, BEST hair trimmer Ive ever owned. Its SO QUIET. And it cuts so smooth, with no hair pulls ever. It doesnt come with as many clips as your typical cheap kit, but it is sufficient for most short haircuts. Im about 5months into using this every 3 weeks or so and remain so impressed by this clipper. It charges quickly, holds a charge for a good couple hours, and is so easy to use because of how comfortable and smooth it cuts.Also, I hated having those super loud Wahl units by my ears, which also vibrate like crazy and get hot in your hand. This unit doesnt get hot, is super smooth, lightweight in your hand, easy to clean, etc.In fact, my only regret is not buying it sooner and using those terrible Wahl units for decades. Highly, highly recommend!

I have tried all the clippers out there..and out of all the cordless clippers I have tried there is no comparison at all..this clipper is hands down the best one out there. The clipper is quiet, powerful and also priced at a steal! TPOB is a true people’s man for making these clippers priced so low! On top of getting 4 guards with it you also get a zero gapping tool which zero gaps the clippers perfectly..save your money and don’t buy those other loud expensive clippers and buy this one you won’t regret it..also the trimmers are really great too! I’ll leave my review on those soon..

9/1/24 **Edited to add that the TPOB premium guards do not work well with these clippers. They fit but if you slightly bump them they go flying off really easily. I returned them to Amazon unfortunately and am using some old WAHL guards I had that are pretty good quality and do not fall off. Hopefully TPOB will come out with some premium guards specifically for the Play clippers. Still loving the clippers. Have gave myself probably five cuts so far and battery is still showing fully charged. Great clippers!So I take it these clippers are marketed towards barbers and I can see why. I am just a normal person who cuts his own hair and have been doing so for the last 15 years. Over the years I have purchased a few Wahl's and Oster clippers. All have done the job I needed them to do so no complaints. I decided I wanted to up my game and go cordless. I started looking at Wahl's, YouTube videos etc. And kept seeing/hearing the TPOB name over and over again from different reviewers. I'll be honest, I had never heard of the brand. The more I watched and researched, the easier my decision became. 4.9 rating on Amazon is amazing! Okay so I decided I was getting TPOB clippers but now which one? Back to YouTube for more videos. Again just an amature hair cutter but I wanted the best of the best. So that led me to the PLAY. So I bit the bullet and spent more than I initially intended to do. My clippers in the past, no research or anything were half the price or less so $125 ish I was like wow okay! But anyway, I'm also a firm believer of you get what you pay for! So I ordered them and fast forward a few days, had them in my hand! Very, very nice and amazing quality! I'm not into the bright colors but I can see if you have a chair or shop that might appeal to the younger crowd. I appreciate having the choice to change out the plates and grip. I just blacked mine out, not that it has anything at all to do with the quality of these clippers. These clippers are so smooth and quiet. I usually wait until the weekend to give myself a cut. Not this time, I had to try them out right away and was not disappointed at all! Love the freedom of no cord, 5 hour run time they say, sleek look, amazing high quality blade, charging cord and stand, and also different color plates that came with it. Would have been nice if they would have included the premium guards but not a deal breaker. The ones that came with it are okay but I decided to purchase the TPOB premium guards for $34.99 also on Amazon so I guess I will see if they are worth the upgrade when they arrive. All in all I am super pleased with my purchase. Hopefully they will hold up, I don't see why they wouldn't. Seems to be of very high quality materials.

I have purchased the candy, the troll, among many other trimmers & clippers from this brand. These are by far the best TPOB clippers in my opinion. Super sharp, ergonomic and light weight, whisper quiet, easy to fade with , and more importantly they stay charged for a long time. I work in a high volume salon, and I rotate between these clippers and my Oster Octane’s. I would purchase the play TPOB’s again and again. I’ve even convinced some coworkers to purchase them. 10/10 would recommend. I’ve used many brands of the years and I love these!

Clipper is solid definitely gets the job done and has amazing battery life, the trimmer is okay it doesn’t hit too well but I’m just using them for kids so works for me. Clipper and trimmer are both really quiet so that’s nice too, Clipper kind of reminds me of the Jrl Onyx Clipper. I’d honestly recommend buying js the Clipper if you want to save some money💯

Best clipper out rn... super quiet, cuts hair easily, 2 speed motor is amazing... can't wait to get my hands on another one of these... if you need a great clipper at a reasonable price... TPOB IS THE WAY TO GO... no big corporation... TPOB is the goat 🐐 hands down the best clippers in the game

I like these clippers. Bought them on recommendation and I’m very pleased. One thing that surprised me was the weight or lack of weight I should say. I didn’t realize the fatigue a pair of clippers had on the arm until I got these and didn’t get tired at all. Trumpets are nice and sharp and easy to maneuver. Very happy with this purchase.
