Nice sturdy goal. Good quality. Easy to assemble. Not too expensive and not cheaply made. I recommend.

Excellent first hoop. Bit tedious to get set up and you will defined 2 people. But can be done in an hour with the right people and tools. Solid board. Easy to adjust height. Great starter for the kids. We filled with water and added a handbag on top and the kids love it. Solid product

Ordered this product recently. It came on time and packaging was intact. It was easy to assemble by myself, with help from another adult for just a couple of steps. Easy to follow instructions. Kids love the hoop and are playing outside all the time. Had a minor question and called IGL customer service. They were quick, responsive and great. Would recommend this hoop.

I received this basketball goal and the box was damaged. Resulting in the backboard being broken. The poles, frame and base seem to be of good quality. Customer service was great to work with and shipped a new backboard.

First, a quick review of the product. It's well made (with very solid materials), looks great, and came at a terrific price for the quality. It looks like a legit glass backboard...even though it's not actually glass. It's a nice size, and I love that I can easily raise and lower it. Now, the instructions show 2 methods for filling the base. One with sand (which they note is strongly recommended) and one with water. Ya boy didn't have 300lbs of sand laying around, so I rolled the dice and went with water. BAD MOVE. It blew over in a strong wind and bent up the rim. I reached out to the company to see if I could buy a replacement rim, and they got back to me right away sent me a new one FOR FREE!! (Which I know is like a $50 value because I was looking at buying one elsewhere.) That's what I call customer service!!! I would definitely buy another product from them in the future!!

The basketball hoop quality is excellent. It’s super sturdy and well designed. And the customer service was outstanding. When I had a problem (not with the construction of the basketball hoop itself) but with a tall delivery truck that came by too close to the curb and hit the rim that was protruding slightly into the street. I called IGL and spoke with Ane who indicated that because the rim was still in the warranty period she would send me a new rim right away at no cost! That is incredible customer service!

Really good basketball hoops for the price. Very pleased overall. I bought two of them when they were on sale and building them wasn’t very difficult. When the wind tipped one over a few days after installation, I called customer service regarding a replacement hoop. They promptly assisted me and helped with a solution right away.
