I am overall satisfied with this product. I'm a low skill non licensed barber who does simple fades/tapers. No crazy designs. This product cuts hair really well. The lines are really sharp, however I have not tested it with knocking off bulk. Battery is very well and the digital display is helpful for monitoring battery life. It also charges pretty quick; maybe about 1hr 15min. The noise level isn't too loud or too quiet. Be AWARE this is one of the only trimmers I've come across that requires and Allen Key to detach blades for cleaning. Overall good product

No need to go over with scissors for perfection. Smooth even trim. Much better than my previous one.

So instead of the blade being secured with regular Phillips head screws they use the dumb star shaped screws, yet they don't give you a tool to take them off. I have a whole set of them with my tools, yet none fit it. Also, in the pictures, they show the one that says professional on the back which most people say is the better one before the quality dropped. But when it arrived it's not that one, it's the other version that says PRC, which people say is not as good as the other one. I had a few good experiences with this brand a few years back, and then now this is my third or fourth bad experience in a row, so I will no longer be using this company.

Love the metal body and the feel of these clippers. The on off switch is perfect. If the battery life was a little longer, the motor was 7200 rpms,and the blades were as good as supreme trimmers,these clippers would be the best budget clippers.

I have to say that these clippers are the best I have ever used. I use them mainly to shave my head and line up my beard and neck and i have been shaving my head for 20 years and been through countless clippers. These things are very heavy and sturdy and at least mine came out of box with true zero gap. I shaved with old pair then went over my head again with these and got a lot more hair. 100% recommend!
