I am 5'5 for reference, and the straps are pulled just about all the way up.the garter is sheerer overall than I thought it would be, so there is a wide band with the overlapping fabric.I thought the center panel was going to be more opaque based on the picture with the sheer floral sides. I'm a size 10/12 and bought the large.

Let me start off my saying that compared to extant garments, patterns, and fashion plates these look almost exactly like girdles from the mid 20th century. However, this is not shapewear and shouldn’t be treated as such. I bought this looking for garters, and so I didn’t expect any shaping to be happening. As a garter belt it fits its purpose well; the notions are all accurate to the period and are easy to adjust and fasten. I have some bespoke versions of this kind of garment and it’s comparable to that quality. The only gripe I have is that the straps are very long on my 5ft 3in and 110 lb frame. Even adjusted to their smallest they are rather long. This was easily fixed by unpicking the thread binding the straps to the belt and cutting them shorter, then using a backstitch to secure them firmly back together. I’m sure for people unused to needing to tailor their clothing further this would be a huge turnoff but I’m used to not finding things that fit well and so this wasn’t enough for me to knock off a star. Id definitely recommend this product to others; my only caveat is unless you are tall or have long legs expect to do a little bit of sewing!

I was very pleased with not only the fit but the quality of the garter belt. There were only 2 things that I feel should be corrected or modified. the first one being the overall length of the strap, I found it to be a bit longer then it should have been(at least for me) and the second one being the garter clip itself, the closure portion was adequate but I felt it was smaller then it should have been. I like my stockings high on my thigh's but I can't justify wearing the belt higher then it should be worn

Garter straps are not removable and extremely long with no where to put extra strap. But other than that it fits nice, i tries it on walked around the house and it doesnt seem like it is going to roll up or move around. So we will see and if it does i will update but so far looks good and practical. I am 32" waist and 5'5" and 175lbs i ordered the large and it fits fine not to tight or loose.

Bought it for my girlfriend and primarily for play although it is suitable for every day wear. While it is not a heavy duty type it is a good value for the cost. Straps can go all the way up so I don't understand the complaint about that adjustment. For play time or for occasional use in "real life" you should find this satisfactory.

This is very nicely made and a great value, but I had to return it because the straps are wayyyyy too long. If they were removable I would have kept it! Definitely order a size down. This is not Asian sizing, it actually runs a bit large, and is very stretchy.

fits perfect and snug as expected. The garter straps are wide and adjustable. Wore it with a pair of retro seamed black stockings under the new skirt I purchased. many comments. Great item (already have a black one of the same)

I ordered a large and it fit me really well. I have been looking for a garter belt that was tighter to hold things better. I am a size 14 jean and this fit me like a glove. But I do not have larger hips or behind so keep that in mind. The quality is good and I feel like I won't put a finger through it when I pull it up. It is not super see-through which is what I wanted. Clips look great. Definitely recommend this as a staple item.
