My wife cooks with Matcha alot
5 star easy , I cant believe how green this is for a culinary grade. The color resembles most brands ceremonial quality. This really is some kind of premium quality. My wife cooks with Matcha alot and the last brand we bought, which had a million questionable reviews looked like beach sand. It was almost khaki or sand in color. Hands down this is 10 times better. Buy this stuff with confidence for sure imo. Remember folks this is a culinary grade.
