It’s very fruity and savory, not acrid/bitter and rancid tasting like most olive oil brands I've tried, even popular ones like Colavita or California Olive Ranch. Delicious Palestinian olive oil that comes from the West Bank.Taste, smell just right . At first seems bit pricey but when you look at where it comes from, the ancient trees, the history, the tough life and especially the taste it’s a bargain!

Delicious
This olive oil is amazing. I use it for dipping and vinegarrettes. It’s delicate and I love their the oil is produced from trees that are 2000 years old. I hope the violent settlers in the West Bank don’t burn them all down. I also love that this is a sustainable company who gives back to the Palestinian farmers with deeply rooted connections to the land .
