Why is sizing wrong in picture?

I don't see anything wrong I see 1/2", 3/8",1/4" and an apex driver

Will this work with a Ryobi p262? It has a hog collar?

I understand that this product will fit any tool that can receive a 1/2" drive size socket or tool. Your Ryobi with hog collar must be able to accept that size socket or device. If not, then it will not work; otherwise, if it does, then there should be no problem. Before you purchase, make sure that you can connect a short 1/2" drive socket to your tool. If it fits, you should not have any problems with this product.

does neiko just sell the 1/4-inch hex shank magnetic bit holder ?

No also has 3/8, 1/2, and 1/4 adapters
