組み立ては簡単で、直ぐに出来上がりました 効果はだうかなと半信半疑で、やってみましたが、 結構、効きます 内ももなんか、普段は筋トレしにくいですが、これならテレビを見ながらとか、 できます。 胸の前でやると、大胸筋がきたえられそうです バストアップに良いですね 付属のチューブも、使い方色々で楽しめます 脚が引き締まるよう、頑張って続けてみます
