Good replacement for original
Direct replacement for failed Squeezebox Boom power supply. Plug is slightly loose in the socket of the Boom but that could be wear in the socket. Green LED is dim, which could be a good thing if using in a bedroom etc. with the Boom’s display turned down/off.

Exact replacement for the original Squeezebox Boom PS
Does the job perfectly with a slightly higher power rating than the original - 3 Amp vs 2.5 Amp. Be careful, there are many offerings out there, but most are only rated at 2 Amp, not 2.5 or 3, which means they will be working considerably harder.
