No headache and good smell
I tried another brand before, and I had immediate headaches. With Aweganics, no headache, which is the most important. Also, knowing that it is organic, I think it is safer for the environnement and for inhalation. But, definitely not safe enough to ingest or to put it on the skin.The lavender one is a great smell, the frankincense is also good, the cedar wood one is the least good, but it depends on your taste.

Love this essential oil set!
I use essential oils and essential oil blends daily. I use them because I love the smells and love how many therapeutic properties they have and I use them on myself, my kids ans on my critters. I make roll ons, lotions, add them to my diffusers and more. When I was looking to get refills for a few of my oils I found this set of three oils and knew it was perfect since it contained oils I used daily. It came with a 10 ml bottle of lavender, a 10ml bottle of cedarwood and a 10ml bottle of frankincense. Each of these are 100% pure, 100% natural and 100% organic which is just what I look for when getting more oils. These are high quality oils and if you are looking at starting out using oils or if you are just looking to expand your collection these are great. I got these to try out and could not be happier with them. I think everyone is familiar with lavender and if you aren't you should be! I diffuse it nightly in my room and my kids rooms to help with relaxation and sleep. You can also use it to reduce anxiety, as a pain reliever, for headache relief, skin care and more. Cedarwood helps improve your mental awareness and focus, helps with hair growth, for anti-inflamatory, a cough suppressor and more. I love to add this to my cleaners for not only the smell but because it helps ease my arthritis and muscle soreness as I clean. Frankincense is one I use daily and I really recommend it for everyone. It is a great stress reliever and helps balance your hormones. It is an astringent and immune system booster. It also aides in skin care and has kept my kids from getting sick since I started putting it on them before school. It really is a must have! You can diffuse all of these oils in a diffuser, make blends for rollers and more! This is a great set of oils for the novice or experienced oil user.
