CoinCast Penny Floor Resin/Epoxy Coating Resin for Penny Floor/Coin Floor & Table Tops (7kg Kit)

I used this resin to cover a mosaic garden table. Fabulous

I made a table top mosaic and used epoxy to provide a level surface. I bought this product as the most expensive thinking it to be most durable and reliable . product spec said it was clear to 6mm and non yellowing. It actually set to a fluorescent yellow colour so my mosaic looks as though under a stagnant pond. I have been in correspondence with the seller and have been told this is impossible(clearly is not if it has happened). Another explanation given was that the product produces a strong exothermic reaction. That is only to be expected and should not be a reason for yellowing. Contact with my table top was cited as an explanation ,but that is ceramic and grout, this product is supposed to be used for floors so should not discolour in contact with cement (or grout). Whatever has caused the product to go yellow has been put down to something I have done but so far none of the explanations seem feasible.
