This is a good product, does help with digestion and being regular, however after I take one, I am starving for the rest of the day. I really can not eat enough to feel full. I didn't see other reviews stating this, so I guess it's just me.

These are a lifesaver. I purchased them a while ago while I was testing out some probiotics but then I just kind of stopped. But recently I went and ate a boatload of lentils that I think I didn't have soak for long enough. With some cheese and my stomach was crazy. Definitely upset and had me running into the bathroom no matter what i ate. I tried to see what I could do and they talked about probiotics and I remember I had these and all I did was take two and already like you're such a huge change automatically. I'm incredibly grateful. So I do recommend cuz it's fast acting for sure. I was not expecting that. The pills are large but difficult to get down. No taste or smell.

They're easy to use, there is no smell, easy to swallow, small bottle, so you're not getting a lot for what you're paying, but it is a quality product as far as probiotics go. Gut health is essential, so these are going to do the trick for anybody wanting to balance their ph, or help with digestion. I just wish you got more in a bottle for the price, but they are a wonderful product.
