It’s ok. The balloons are the best part.
It’s ok. I’m not sure it’s worth $17, but everything pictured is in there. The banners are tiny.Edited to add that the star shaped Mylar balloons are too heavy to float. The 40 balloon was good and it was about the only thing worth the $$
