They work fine. Resist them according to the specs listed above and they're perfect.
Other reviewer probably didn't resist them. Like all LEDs, you must use a resistor or they'll burn out. But these are perfect as long as you use them like you're meant to.

These burn out as soon as you put power to them I would like a refund

Know how to use these or they will fail.
People that say they burn out as soon as power is hooked need to stay away from electronics. you need a current limiting resistor for these. 680 ohm works good. i will update when mine arrive.
