I really loved the product! The LED crystal ball with the reindeer design is absolutely beautiful—when the light turns on, it gives a magical and calming effect. The design is elegant, and the quality of the crystal ball itself is impressive. However, I was quite disappointed with the packaging. It was not secure or protective enough for such a delicate item. It arrived almost damaged. I sincerely request the seller to improve the packaging quality in the future, especially for fragile products like this. A little extra care in packing would make the overall experience perfect. Overall The product is really amazing
