Got my annual blood work last summer. My ALT level skyrocketed. AST was fine/within the normal range but ALT was at 76 then 69 (after Dr. retested 2 days later). Normal range for my age goes up to ~44. Last 2-3 years my ALT was def. trending higher (~42) but technically still in the normal range. Dr. thought it was maybe gallstones or something like it. Nope. Got an Ultrasound. All clear. A friend highly recommended Milk Thistle. Started taking it in early August 2025. Followed up w/ blood work in early Jan. 2026. ALT went down to 50 (-19 points). Still elevated but def. *trending the right way. Blood sugar level did go down too (90 vs 99 last time). But the only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is ALT isn't back into the normal range yet. Gonna test again likely in 4-5 months. If ALT goes back into the normal range I'll promptly update this review to 5 stars. No side effects at all, seems like a quality product, size of capsules are easy to swallow every morning, no effect on sleep quality.

I did a lot of research before purchasing these. I was feeling fatigued, loss of energy, couldn’t sleep well at night and overall didn’t feel normal. Very happy I found these so far I am very impressed. I have been taking them for about a week and a half and can already feel a huge difference. They are very easy to take no taste and the quality seems really good! The ingredients in these Bronson Milk Thristle vitamins are exactly what I was looking for my wife is always preaching, Good ingredients. Normally, I take my 1 pill after dinner right before bed and it seems to digest quickly it has helped my sleep already. Nice large bottle of this wonderful healing herb! This is awesome for your liver, aides in detoxification & protects your liver from damage from all kinds of toxins. A decent price & this brands quality is excellent! Dandelion is a great blood purifier & aids your kidneys in detoxing your blood. I definitely feel better if I remember to take this daily. best value/amount of servings, for your buck. I highly recommend this product & this supplement brand! 10 stars if I could give 'em!

I've only recently started using this product and I'm very pleased by it. The potency good, it's easy to digest, little to no taste are some of the qualities of the ingredients of the product.

To be honest, it is hard to say if this supplement actually work. I take one everyday but I dont feel any big difference or "energy boost". But the price is cheap and you get a lot of pills. It goes down easy and have no smell. I just take it for peace of mind to protect my liver. Maybe it work silently inside? Who knows. If you look for something strong with immediate effect, this might not be it. But for daily maintenance, it is okay for the price
