I am on day three and I’m liking it so far. I had a slight fishy smell when urinating for about a week & the smell was gone after the second day taking the probiotics !!I’m only taking two a day instead of three so I can stretch it for an entire month. Only giving it 4 stars because it’s only been 3 days.. Will review again after a month…

My wife likes it

I used this product in hopes of losing that bloated feeling I got after eating. Some foods don't digest easily and I wanted something that would aide this problem.. I found it has regulated my bowel movements which I didn't know was a problem but apparently was the reason I felt bloated. My body didn't want to let go of some foods I ate and I didn't know I wasn't normal until I tried these little gems and now find that I don't have to suffer with the body not processing certain foods easily. The probiotic and probiotic mix have enabled my body to process food in a timely matter rather than wait for the foods to break down in their own time frame. Which sometimes made me really uncomfortable at times. It tooke a couple days to let my body adhere to feeling the effects of a healthy digestive system within a week I was having daily bowel movements and no longer feel the bloating or d8scomfort a having my body wait for the food processing ritual to begin. Sometimes that would take days. Which I thought was normal. It's not ladies.. I'm avtually finding myself a little less weighted down after I eat. Not so sluggy. This has been an eye opener. If you have had similar issues as nyself, bloated, sluggy, having trouble fastening the button on your pants, give it a try. I'm hoping for a overall difference as well with the fit of my clothes since I'm not waiting for my body to adjust to processing. These little pills might be the secret behind my not being able to lose the weight I gained after turning fifty. I'll let you know. So give it a try. It's a healthy way to opt in. Who said you can't teach an old dog, new trucks? And it doesn't break the bank.
