Very Expensive
I thought there would be more than 1 tin for this price ... ( I should have looked closer) they are for my dog so he couldnt tell me what they tasted like . I hope they were nice though :)

The very best
Bursting full of flavour and so dangerously moreish. There aren’t really any heavy fishy notes for those who are concerned. Delightful on some hard bread with some fresh tomato on the side.

Unspeakably Expensive.
The sardine should not have been priced for more than £1.00. I bought five sardines and I will be returning four of them for my refund. Amazon should not have allowed such deception on its website. As a matter of fact the John West's sardine selling at £1.20 is better than the Ortiz's sardine in terms of quality and quality. I don't understand why some people gave five stars for this product.

I like these Ortiz sardines (product of Spain) very much and will be buying agin. Each Ortiz sardine is bigger by factor 4 when compared to the excellent “baby” sardines from Spain: “Matiz Sardinillas with Piquillo Peppers”, but perfectly marinated, in quality oil olive. Both Ortiz and Matiz equally excellent a tie for the first place (5*) on the U.S. market. IMO Oritz and Matiz sardines are much better than the Wild Planet sardines packed in Thailand (1*): https://www.amazon.com/Wild-Planet-Sardines-Virgin-Lightly/dp/B003H7YHUW/ref=cm_cr-mr-title?th=1 or the “King Oscar Finest Norwegian Brisling Sardines in Olive Oil” packed in Poland (1*).

Mi primera experiencia con sardinas. Tuve que quitar las espinas de las cuatro sardinas que venían en la lata. Cada sardina era de muy buen tamaño y en una de ellas había fragmentos de vísceras muy pequeños. No detecté ninguna escama. Suaves, de gran sabor. Las preparé con pan tostado con aceite de oliva y tomate, su sabor predominaba sin ser abrumador.
