I brought theses binders to put all my DVDs in. I wanted to get rid of the cases that held them to avoid the amount of room theses DVDs took up. Theses binders are perfect. They can hold the covers (unfortunately only one per page) but i cut the covers snd put them in front of the DVDs and also have a side slot to put titles in. They look wonderful on a book shelf. Much better then getting a plain holder. I have them in my office and they look great. Looks like books. Attractive- It’s easy to find my DVDs. I had to buy six of them (sold in groups with extra pages); since they hold 50 DVD. The pages are strong and good quality. Pricey but worth it.If you want a attractive way to hold your DVD or CDs - to put on a shelf - worth the price. Buy cheap get cheap! You won’t get cheap quality with theses binders.

I've tried different ways to store my CDs and DVDs and found these books to work the best. They are nice looking and sturdy. It's nice that you can get extra pages only you can only add a few to each book as they would get too thick for the binding. I like being able to rearrange pages or add one in when I get more DVDs to add. It a trick to get the labels out and replaced with your own. The metal is pretty smashed into the binding but with a little finagling you can bend them slightly. The labels that come on them say CDs and DVDs. I need a little more information than that! Especiallly since I have a lot of these albums.

I'd been through the Konmari process but still had a lot of CDs after discarding, and was so tired of all the space they took up. Based on the reviews, I ordered these, and so glad I did! I wanted to keep the lyrics booklets, and was very happy to discover that the CD and booklet, for most of my CDs, fit into the same slot. (For double CDs, I alternated putting the booklet with the top or bottom CD, so that the binders didn't get too top-heavy.) My CDs now take up very little room on the shelf, and I find the visual appearance of the books attractive. Unlike some reviewers, mine stand up by themselves with no problem. I used a few of the extra inserts, and didn't find that it made the books overstuffed. The little insert card in the spine says "CD's/DVD's", but if that grammatical error annoys you as much as it does me :-), the inserts slip out and are blank on the back, so you can write your own title for each volume. Excellent purchase and much more attractive than any other CD storage system I looked into. (I didn't use them for DVDs so can't comment on how they would work for those.)

This is a good deal because it comes with extra pages. We just bought a house, and I am tired of seeing our 250-300 piece dvd/blu ray collection on shelves by the tv. I personally just feel like it's so college-dorm looking. And I'm ready to be an adult.Pros: holds all the movies and looks very nice.Cons- 1. The movies slip out all the time. It's really annoying. It's not like we carry them around upside down, but sometimes hold them horizontally and 1 or 2 movies always sleep out.2. Despite what people say my dvd covers did not fit in the pockets. In the rare case where a dvd came with an inside jacket, those fit ok. But 90% of mine just have the original outer jacket which must be modified(cut or folded) in order to fit.All in all, I like this product because it reduces dvd clutter and makes our living room look better.

HandStands Bellagio-Italia Burgundy DVD Storage Binder Set is a great idea if you can afford it and are looking to hide all those dvd's and blu-rays. I had 3 of those huge towers full of dvds and wanted to clean up the theatre room. These are outstanding for that. Sturdy enough for me, and not to bad cutting out the cover art from the dvd cases to put in here. the 1 book case looks much better than the 3 towers. The extra pages make it easy to add new purchases to the binder. If you add cover art and dvd's ... you can add maybe 2-4 more pages to the binder before it gets to full. I averaged 5-6 binders per tower, including keeping all the bonus content dvd's.

I love the look and quality of these, however they do not hold the movie covers. My collection is too large to just throw away the cover art. I am going to have to return these because they do not work for what I need them to do.

If you have collected hundreds of music, movie and teaching CDs/DVDs over many years; if you have stack upon stack, cluttering cabinets, book shelves, racks and even under the bed; if you can't find or get to what you're looking for; if you're literally out of room and tired of this disorganized mess, then THIS PRODUCT IS FOR YOU!! I solved all the above problems for 600+ CDs/DVDs with this fabulous product and freed up 25% of my bookcase and all of a CD rack, a small cabinet and small stacks here and there throughout the house. I nearly filled a residential dumpster with discarded plastic cases I no longer need. Everything is now nicely organized in a set of books that fit beautifully on my book shelves (be sure to measure the height of your shelf, you will need 11" clearance). The project took 4 full days, but I could not be happier with the result. The insert pockets nicely hold discs with lyric booklets & cover sheets (trimmed to size) from most CDs. I chose to retain only the discs from most of my DVDs simply to avoid the work of cutting up the cover sheets. Who needs it? Most DVDs nicely display the content anyway. The freed up space is a great trade-off!! The quality of the product is quite fine for the purpose. I love the burgundy binders. Kinda' wish the binding was dark brown instead of black, but that is merely a preferential nit. Replacements binders if needed due to rough treatment over time are easily acquired. I was even delighted by the seller who sent a replacement binder when one that came in the original order was damaged on the corners during shipping. Don't think twice about this method for storage & access....just do it, you won't be disappointed!

I was very disappointed. It was listed as Italian leather but appears to be more like cardboard with a leather appearing cover. Would not recommend not buy again.
