Buy somewhere else.
I bought two funko pop smurfs. One of the Items came with the head detached from the body. Bought as a Christmas gift and on amazons website says returnable till January 31st. I wanted to exchange it but wasnt allowed. Tried to return it as it said I could till January 31st but couldn't do that. No matter what I tried my only option was to deal with the manufacturer. Why should I be stuck with an item that arrived defective? I shouldn't have to pay half the cost of this item to ship it back to the manufacturer and HOPE they take care of it. I'm done with prime.Thankfully it wasn't something expensive I'm stuck with.
