I've tried about half a dozen brands of chai, five of them the liquid concentrate. Oregon Chai is too sweet for my taste. Tazo can, but doesn't always, apparently precipitate into a sludge at the bottom of its container, so if you don't want the sludge to drip or plop into your glass or mug, you can't pour out the full amount of concentrate. The Yogi has a decent flavor, it's sufficiently sweet but not overly sweet, and may be a little more noticeable on the cinnamon than the others, which is fine. This one, though, will settle on the bottom of your glass, cup, or mug after you've mixed it with the milk, and you may want to stir it up again if it sits a while - not a real problem. This is the brand that I've just ordered more of, so that's a positive. It has decent flavor and isn't ridiculously sweet, so it has that going for it to elevate it above some of the others.

We love this over ice with a splash of milk. A great hot weather treat! Yum

If you looking for Starbucks like taste this not it. The strength of flavour is lacking

Way better than Tazo. Not too sweet, not too much spice. Good price. About the same as other name brands. It's pretty concentrated so you don't have to use a ton.

Bought for chai enthusiast. They thoroughly enjoyed it. Comparable to Oregon Chai and others. Not overly sweet nor overly spicy. Price was right.

This product came in a single bag wrapped around 3 sealed containers, like the kind chicken broth comes in at the stores. Totally shelf-stable. Very heavy! Each container weighs about a pound each, and since I was expecting it to be powder, I was surprised!The main ingredient is water, second ingredient is tea. Then the spices. The package warns you to refrigerate after opening and consume within 7 days. That's kind of a lot for one package! Plus, since this is a concentrated tea product, you'll dilute it with a 1:1 ratio, so you'll have twice as many cups of tea as you expect outta this.That's why I take off one star, the large package size combined with the small safe consumption window puts a lot of burden on the consumer to already know that they're going to drink 2 pounds of tea in one week - and if you don't like the tea specifically, that is used in this concentrate? SOL. Host a party or something.Since this is such a big supply, it really limits the potential for other uses - this set is best for you if you already like this particular brand's tea they use, and have a big party coming up where you need a ton all at once. For anyone unsure if they'll like this tea or not, I recommend a smaller size.
