Update: if you wash these they lose the firmness in the “brim” ours are now all wrinkly and not that cute. Maybe you could iron them? I’ll still leave 5 stars I guess but feel it’s worth noting.There is a crease in the front of both of them (see the second picture). I’m sure it’ll come out at some point but we’ve had these hats for a couple months now and it’s still there. Oh well. They’re so cute it doesn’t really matter. They’re easy to put on. Hard for her to take off. They have a wide brim to keep the sun out of her eyes. Can’t beat them for the price. They won’t do much for warmth come winter but they’re lightweight enough for her to wear in warm NC summers.Update: hubby washed one of these without asking and it seems like the front was starched maybe? It's lost it's shape and I'm not really sure it's fixable. So maybe don't wash them? I'm not going to change my original review but it is worth noting.

I got my daughter the 2 pack, and we love them! They are super cute and comfortable, they cover the right amount so she stays protected from the sun while keeping her cool. Very nice quality and fabric, just adorable

These worked perfectly for our beach vacation. Our 6 month olds face was out of the sun and the hat stayed in place. Not to mention they're adorable.

Cute but be gentle when washing or will fall apart

This arrived just in time to go splash in her also recently-arrived baby pool. I usually wash her garments before putting them on her, but this one I used right out of the bag as it had just arrived and I was in need, hence the fold in the middle from just being removed from packaging. The brim is stiffly held with starch, and once it is washed furls a bit but works as is or with a quick ironing to smooth it out for appearances. I don't see a need to starch it so stiffly again for our purposes, although it sure made it lay nicely in the packaging! For sizing reference, she was 12 months when this picture was taken, head circumference in the 20th percentile. Still fits beautifully at 14 months.
