Best fidget spinner yet!
This thing is a blast! I just got it today and I have already worn a blister on one finger playing with it.I have never tried one of these before. I didn't realize that you could put energy back into a gyro through forced precession. I thought you just wound it up and it created resistance. I was shocked when I rotated it against the resistance and it started accelerating. I can get it to light up the room with my right hand. Less stellar results left handed. The funny part is that when I am running it left handed my right hand keeps going through similar motion. I have to concentrate to relax the right hand, and keep the proper motion and rhythm with the left hand. I look at this as more of a coordination trainer. Also good for training hand tempo. Handy if you enjoy thumping on a djembe or tumbadora.

They do work!
I almost didn't purchase due to bad reviews such as came broken, with no batteries that you had to rotate quickly. Then I watched a video showing these things were not true. I had a tough time at 1st figuring it out! No batteries... wind the wheel and its all powered by the one holding it. Fast, slow, left, right towards the ground or ceiling on in between. I love it! Much better grip when bowling Since using it. Besides, its fun.

Broke after 4 weeks of use
This item worked well during the first four weeks. It completely stopped working just outside the 30 day return window but is still within the window of the seller’s 90day quality warranty at the time I write this. But there is no way to contact this seller for a replacement! I do not recommend purchasing from this seller at this juncture. I would be willing to reconsider if the seller resolves this via a replacement or a refund since the product stopped working during the 90 day quality warranty.

Good grip workout
I like this version over the others specifically for the added weight. The added weight gives me the amount of resistance I like. Only downside is I hear a bit of rubbing sometimes. Makes me wonder how long this will last. They do provide an extra inner ring.

Better than the original
I got one of these when the first came out over a decade ago when you needed to start it with a string. I got the steel one which is well made and heavy. The assisted start mechanism works easily. Because of the weight of this upgraded version, the force is greater than the standard plastic one. The only thing is the digital readout is a great feature, but because of the force, you can only get the reading after it slows down and you scroll through. Definately good to build grip and wrist strength and endurance.

So much fun to exercise with this toy.
This ball is amazing! You can see the RPMs, how many cycles it's gone total, and challenge your friends to try to beat you in speed or time spent playing with it. I recommend this for anybody who wants to strengthen forearms or shoulders, or just have fun playing with it.

Loved it, then it partially broke
I love the feel and heft of this item. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because it broke after about a month of use.Let me be clear though, it still functions perfectly but you can no longer wind it up to get it started. So it now has to be manually started. I've been using these for years so I'm very well adept at starting them with one hand by using my thumb. But others with less experience may just give up.

Cured wrist pain
I used to have stiffness in my wrist and they would constantly pop.I did hand stretches and eventually stumbled across Gyroballs.I find myself using the product at least twice a day and have never felt better. It’s easy to use and keep spinning once you’ve got it started.I suggest looking up a video on how to use it because written instructions could be unclear.I like that this lights up and shows the count. The grip around the sides is also very helpful and conveniently placed.
