Q: Does it have any sugars?

No. It does not taste sweet. It is not flavored at all. There are no sugars or artificial sweeteners of any kind. It taste like chalk. But its a very mild taste. As long as your taste buds have matured beyond a child's level you should be able to stomach the taste no problem. This is exactly what I was looking for and I'm happy with the product.

Q: Does the product have any inactive ingredients like maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, etc.? They would be listed separately on the label.

It does have maltodextrin and magnesium stearate as of April 2023

Q: I'm looking for calcium carbonate that i don't have to chew. Can I swallow these like a regular tablet? How big are the tablets? Thanks in advance!

Hello - the tablet is slightly larger than a regular aspirin, less than 1/2 inch in diameter. I do not believe that you have to chew these and I just take it with water. To be honest, I am not sure what they taste like. I originally bought these for my dog who has an acid reflux problem and would not eat TUMS. So now the dog and I both use the same product...she chews hers and I swallow mine with water. Hope this helps.

648 mg (milligrams) or 10 grains calcium carbonate PER TABLET. It's NOT 10 GRAMS like someone else answered, the gr. stands for GRAINS, which is 1 grain = 64.7989 milligrams, so 10 grains = 647.989 milligrams.
