Bought mainly to put on my hair but I’ve also eaten it sprinkled on fruit. It seems nice quality. Too early to say if it’s improved hair/scalp but it’s pleasant to use and I’m hopeful

Hope it works in spite of its bitterness
I read quite recently that Alma can reduce vertigo and it is an anti inflammatory hence reason for buying. Product arrived as scheduled but too early to confirm its effects. I am struggling to ingest it though as its too bitter and powder doesn't dissolve in juice or water and the two times i have tried it I was left with lumps in my mouth..eeerrr not enjoyable.

prezzo molto conveniente per un pacco di polvere Amla Bio di 200g!L'ho acquistato perchè secondo la tradizione indiana previene l'incanutimento prematuro e la caduta dei capelli e ne stimola la crescita.La polvere va' mischiata con acqua calda per ottenere un composto cremoso, poi applicato sulle lunghezze per circa un'ora.L'ho provata, ha un odore particolare che va' subito dopo il risciacquo e lo styling e al tatto i capelli sono morbidissimi e setosi. Consiglio un impacco a settimana.
