Guide Dogs owners use these for free running
This has got a sustaining pitch for dog recall. The only thing is the ones we are issued with via Guide Dogs or black. And if you drop them (which I have many times) it’s having to replace them. I suppose you could ask Guide Dogs for a replacement but I don’t I just go and buy mine. I’m delighted to discover that they’re in different colours now with lanyards. A double benefit even without a lanyard if it’s a bright colour and it drops some soil or grass at least if you’ve got some vision you can have a chance of trying to spot it. But with a lanyard that is an initial but it’s great to have them in bright colours very practical for people with low vision

So much better than that other whistle
I have a nutty vizsla who's just turned 1. A fellow gundog owner recommended this whistle to me but I was a bit skeptical as I'd tried another whistle with her before and while it did work well to start with, her interest kind of fizzled out after a while. She LOVES this whistle. I think I have also found a treat that she really loves, so I'm sure that's a significant factor too but I still think the whistle is a big hit and has made such a difference for our nutty dog. She even comes back when there are other dogs around!! (that's a big deal for her!) I highly recommend it.

Excellent product but took an age to come!
The whistle is fine and very good value. It took weeks to arrive and I had to request that another whistle be despatched.

Does the trick
Worked perfectly on our 5 month old labrador. At 7 months she is more selective, but that's the pup not the whistle!!

Bought this on advice of our dog behaviourist to train our new dog recall. Very good quality product and the lanyard is a good length and soft material. Good quality sound which the dog responds well to

If you want a whistle.
Probably my own fault but i thought it was a silent whistle which only dogs can hear but it isnt. I don't use it very often only when she is a long way away and to get her attention.
