Well Made Ethernet Splitter
This is a nice device for a very reasonable price. Alas, the task I wanted it to do for me, as it turns out, is not suited to a splitter. But it did its best; the indicator lights lit up, I thought it might work. So now it's awaiting a job more appropriate for it's design, and I'm sure it won't be long before it is doing something useful for my equipment.

Helpful
I always have too many Ethernet cables to plug in and not enough ports on my router. This is super helpful and keeps the cords more organized.

Easy peasy to double up number of wired network connections
I had one network jack in the wall, but two things to plug in, so I acquired this splitter to solve my issue. I hooked one network cable from the wall jack to the input end of the splitter, then one cable from the splitter's output side to each of my two network devices, plugged in the USB power cord to a USB plug/brick, and 'voila!' two devices both plugged into the network. It's almost as easy as sliced bread. Speaking of that, I think I'll go have some toast!

Split ethernet between personal and work computers
It works! I split one ethernet cable connected to my router and now my personal computer and work laptop are connected directly. It gets power from an included USB-C cable! Premium build, all aluminum, works as intended.

Great product!
the splitter works perfectly. Using it so that we dont have to swap the LAN cable between each system that we want to use for video games works great.

Works Perfectly
I got this to do some testing with a secondary device and it works perfectly. Once connected everything came up as it should, each device having it's own access to the network.I had kind of hoped I could perform a packet capture using this, but the traffic is switched so you can only see your own packets.

Neat little device if you need extra connectivity
Great little device for splitting an ethernet connection. Powered by USB it makes it easy to plug into a PC and piggy back another ethernet connection off the existing one - great if you need to connect an additional laptop for example. Also handy for troubleshooting connections.I have used it where I only have a single connection point in a room - effectively doubling my connectivity when needed, allowing a hardwired connection to my Playstation and my amplifier.Would I buy again? Yes, it's so small, portable and easy to use I'll buy another.

Not what it says
This is NOT a USBC to Ethernet adaptor. It is an Ethernet splitter which is powered by USB.The distinction is clear and should be clearly indicated in the sales blurb.

This is a neat and discreet nework switch
The phrases and operation of "one in to two network splitter" and "two port network switch" are interchangeable . However, a switch is normally sold with a power supply, often a power "brick" while this splitter has a socket to allow it to be powered by a USB C supply, and this is not included. This splitter works as it should and has the great advantage that it is tiny in size. If only it accepted POE (power over ethernet) it would be really useful - but it does not. However, it is one of many such splitters for sale on Amazon. Some look identical and some merely similar. This one is neither the cheapest nor the most expensive,Five stars because it works - faultlessly, However, it is fortunate there is no rating on this review page for "value for money" as you might well be better off buying a small switch.

Handy debugging device too
As well as splitting a single RJ45 ethernet feed into 2 for multiple devices, unlike switches this device presents all traffic on both ports and thus makes data capture possible. A handy function for troubleshooting in a compact, quality and high speed portable package. Powered via USB-C the USB-A lead is supplied. You need to provide the extra rj45 cables.A handy and good quality product, worked well for me with wireshark.
