I was nervous about this purchase after I read all of the recent reviews that said it arrived leaking all over the place. Mine was packaged fine and there was a seal under the cap, so it did not leak or spill at all. Not sure if I just got lucky or they finally fixed the issue. I mixed it with water and used it to clean very dirty hardwood floors and solid wood cabinetry. Everything cleaned up really well. I like that this is available in a gallon size, and the price is very reasonable compared to other wood floor cleaners. It looked like some reviews were complaining about the scent...well, it smells like citronella, which is exactly what it says on the bottle. I bought this to use in a house that we are flipping, however I am probably going to start using this on my own wood floors at home instead of the bona cleaner I've been using. This seems to do a better job!

My Grandmother used Murphys , my mother used Murphys and now I use Murphys . It’s light clean scent not only pleases but brings back the best of memories . It leaves your wood floors with a natural light shine and a wonderful barefoot clean . If your looking for a high gloss shine this is not for you . Many people apply with a soaking wet mop , wrong , apply with a damp mop and ring the mop out often . It is not the easiest clean but the end result are worth it .

As others have reported the top wasn’t on tight and the cleaner leaked everywhere.Probably needs to be taped to prevent it loosening due to vibration and a “this side up” note on the box.After cleaning it off and putting it away, it was revealed that there is also a hole in the bottom. It leaked all over my cabinet. Huge mess and a lot of wasted product.Great cleaner and great smell, if you like citronella.

I was looking for a hardwood floor cleaner that is not like Bona with the ease of Bona. I bought a generic spray mop and added a tablespoon of this to warm water (suggested diluted amount) and the result was ease and perfection. We have dark real wood floors that have a gloss finish and they show everything. Bona left waxy film and streaks. Murphys had zero streaks, smelled good, and made the floors shine with no waxy feeling. I could even make a squeak sound with my finger after cleaning. So happy!
