These work if you use them properly, as instructed - three times a day, on an empty stomach, and drink lots of water. My problem is that I don't always remember to take them! I try to time them so that if I am doing a workout, I have one before I start - I find that I do have more energy for a workout if I've taken on of these.I am a 38 year old Mum and whilst I am not currently concentrating on getting a more toned tummy, I have noticed a flatter tummy since taking these. I find these work better if you do keep drinking lots of water in the day too. I haven't tried the AJ workouts as I have my own routine at the gym. These are not a magic weight loss tablet if that's what you're looking for, but in my experience if taken as directed and combined with exercise and a healthy diet, they do help with body shape (tummy for me), and with giving me more energy for a workout.

This product is one of the best out there. It has many ingredients in the correct concentration & strength to support a healthy progress & weight management. I have found that they work better if you take them prior to exercise & on an empty stomach prior to meals. I’m on my 2nd circle of taking them and I will continue for sure !!!
