This yarn bowl is beautiful and functional! It contains my balls of yarn as expected and it’s heavy enough to stay put. As an added bonus, it’s attractive enough to leave on the table even when I’m not using it. I’m very pleased with this item.

I love this yarn bowl, it doesn't move and has a great weight to it. It is a bit rough where the yarn comes out, to the point where it snags. With a bit of work with a metal file, it came out nice and smooth.Edit 10/28/2018I did not end up keeping any of the original paint. After a couple of days of thorough sanding and polishing it came out perfect. It even matches my Furls Odyssey hooks! I love it!

The finish on the edges is not particularly good, but a quick hit with a file left it looking great!

I like the bowl. It is pretty and for th most part stays put when I pull the yarn. I’d recommend this if you want to leave your yarn on a table.

I love the color. The prefect size for a 1 skein project.

I am new to yarn bowls, but this one is really nice! It sits flat on table top surfaces, it's sturdy, and it is heavy enough to keep it from rolling around or moving while knitting. The only potential issue I could see is that it had a little bit of a rough spot on the area where the yarn feeds out. Other than that, I would recommend this for personal use or as a gift for someone else!
