This is the only hardwood floor cleaner that works well on our light colored floors. I didn't give it 5 stars because it does leave a slight film that does show footprints. I have tried other brands and I find this one is the best for our floors.

Don't write many reviews but after using Bruce's floor cleaner for many years and always trying to avoid streaking and film on the floor after cleaning it I began to search for another cleaner and Thomasville was my choice. The reviews was good on Thomasville so let's try it and glad I did. Now, on the bottle it says use a cotton rag and I just happen to have some. I got down on my hands and knees and did the whole floor with those cotton rags and it looked absolutely beautiful when I got through. When using Bruce's it was always a streaky film and I would find myself going over and over again to try and make that go away. Needless to say it was an annoying job but now life is much better with Thomasville and cotton rags. This stuff has been around for a long time and seems to be a proven winner.

We have a short term rental with wood floors and after trying seven different products this is the ONLY product that cleans and leaves no film residue, just a sparkling clean floor. I will never use another flooring cleaner period! It saves us time and money.

Product works great on vinyl flooring and sealed wood floors, NO streaks, dries fast. Very good. But if using on real wood floors that have lost some of their shine, it cleans great but didnt leave a shine/polish. Maybe its not supposed too. It did clean very good.

I've used this for many years and like the shine it gives my wood floors. It doesn't leave them gummy. It makes them look nice and clean with a shine.

Product is easy to apply and cleans without leaving any streaks. Hardwood floors look beautiful. Dries quickly.

I’ve been using this wood cleaner for years now. It is one of the best on the market. Highly recommend.

Certainly not mop n glow; but, it didn't really leave a shine nor a scent. Felt like it was a waste of time with this cleaner. Back to Murphy's oil soap and a mop for a satisfying hardwood floor cleansing.
