SE11-Function Stainless Steel Survival Pocket Tools (Pack of 2) - MT908-2

My son received one when he entered college, and made sure to rub it in our faces when we scrambled for a bottle opener, etc. well I bought two for myself and my other son. These are identical, except... they are better quality! The blade is sharper, the tooling is superior, and it fits in your wallet like a credit card. A neat little item to have.

This multi tool was dirt cheap and quite sturdy. It easily fits into my wallet and comes with an instructional sheet as you can see in my picture. The match is to scale so you get an idea of the thickness and size. The saw is pretty sharp and so is the knife. I easily cut some small twine with it. Is it the best on the market? Certainly not. Is it useful? Worst case scenario, you could easily open a bottle with this so yeah.

This review is being left by the husband for whom it was bought.It's cool enough; but pray you never need to use it. The "tools" it includes are of questionable use, mostly. The "saw" would be useful if you have enough cordage to strap it to a stick or other handle, but to use barehanded would be quite difficult and likely painful. The "wrenches" I haven't tried on anything yet. Again, you'll need a handle, as any nut with any amount of torque will need some mechanical advantage to overcome. The can opener I haven't tried, but looks like it would work, and the "lanyard hole" is listed as one of the eleven "tools" when it's just a hole.The radial gauge? Not sure how useful that would be as this is easily approximated in the mind's eye, but I guess some people need a physical object. The screwdrivers are typical survival tool type.Useful? In an emergency, I'd rather have this than nothing, but I'm sure there are better designs or at least designs that are more useful to the [sub]urbanite EDC-minded fella. Fits in my wallet, and doesn't make it toooooo much thicker (I'd forgotten it was there until I saw this reminder) but this isn't exactly a credit card. It's a little thicker, and slightly smaller length-width. Nice addition to my budding collection of now ...... four survival-minded EDC items I have. I plan to add other credit-card style objects like this in the future but this was a cute start.

The multitool has some useful features but its leatherette case is poor. Whether heat or vacuum employed in applying the external transparent plastic wrap used in transportation is the issue, in this respect, I do not know, but the case was received in a very creased condition, as several other buyer photographs have shown. I was able to correct most of this creasing with a couple of passes with an electric iron at the very coolest setting and I found that doing this gets most of these creases out, if they happen to bother you, as they did me. However, do take great care and do this only as the iron is heating up before it even gets to the set temperature, because even at the coolest setting, I suspect you could easily melt this rather cheap case. Maybe steam heat would do the same thing more safely but I did not try out this idea. Still for $5, I guess one should not complain too much. The seller/manufacturer is clearly either not reviewing these criticisms or is unfazed by them!

So many uses. I do love mine. Great when you need a screwdriver or something. Super handy, good quality and easy to use. Keep them all over.

I bought this as a fun little gift to put in my husband's Easter Basket more thinking he would find it funny v. useful - but he LOVED it! So much he has shown EVERYONE! And wants to buy these as stocking stuffers for all of his friends!The size is perfect to fit in a wallet and is very sturdy with a pretty sharp knife.TOTALLY worth the money

I have two other credit card tools from other makers that are almost 10 times more expensive than this one and this is the one I always carry and like the most. Get this one. It has more functionality and usefulness than the others IMHO. The sharpened edges are what sets this one apart from the rest. It comes with a little pouch so the exposed edges are not a real problem when carrying. I have used most of the tool features on this card tool and would not hesitate at all in buying it again. A winner.

Como contras pongo que hay 2 funciones que no sirven para nada como lo son el "butterfly screw wrench" y el aguero redondo grande.pero las funciones de sierra, regla, destapador, navaja y llaves estan decentes y utiles para traer en el bolsillo.el tamaño es adecuado, la herramienta se siente de material resistente.Por el precio esta bien, si te saca de algun apuro.

Es una herramienta práctica que te ayuda para alguno de esos posibles imprevistos que se pueden llegar a presentar. Como es de acero, con ingenio te puede ayudar hasta para algo más de lo que te ofrece. Fácil de llevar en la cartera, y dentro de su funda se puede llevar en la bolsa de la camisa, una chamarra o en el pantalón.Llega con todos los bordes un poco filosos, pero no es algo que no se pueda solucionar en menos de cinco minutos con una lija de agua.
