I love this product but I cant continue to buy it, because its too pricey

To aid my diet.

So, I'm always plugging my nose trying to drink this sort of thing and I didn't have to for this!! I'm impressed. I'm pretty picky too. It does have a light blue raspberry taste. No bad after taste. Not too sweet and not sour. I thought it would be really salty tasting (other similar products I've tried have been) and it's not salty at all! I do intermittent fasting and workout intensely 6 days/week. So I'm sure there are days my electrolytes are off with how much water I'm drinking and still sweating without an added supplement. It says to start with half a scoop to build up to a full scoop. But, I used a full scoop the first time with no issues. The only draw back is it is only 20 servings in a container and it says to mix 1 to 2 servings in a sitting. So potentially this might really only be 10 servings? I'm sure if there was a way to keep the quality and make it less spendy they would.

I was testing ketones in my urine before and with using this product, but I haven't seen a huge increase in the ketones. I found this was pretty easy to use as the instructions are clear. It dissolves nicely and tastes just fine. It's not my favorite flavor, but it's not the worst either. The powder is extremely light and fine. I like it best with fresh limes and have even tried it in carbonated water. That was a terrible mistake, but it works best in regular water and it's easy enough to add a little extra flavor.

Taste great when added ice or make it slushy

This product is a super convenient way to get exogenous ketones into your diet! Ketonrs are beneificial for a number of resons but they are sometimes hard to acquire in your daily diet. I like to supplement my daily meals with this product to ensure I am getting the nutrients my body needs to function best. The powder is easy to take and doesn't add any bad taste to my drinks. It also is light on my stomach and doesn't cause any nauseousness that can be common with other similar products.

Bought this and didn’t have high expectations. Was pleasantly surprised though. I’d definitely order again. No bad taste.
