Copper pipe stolen by courier people.
Product is fine but amazon courier guys stole the copper pipe from the box although amazon provided the pipe cost......not a good experience

Terrible Experience, Don’t Waste Your Money
I ordered a brand-new 1.5 ton Godrej AC from Amazon, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. The unit arrived with no gas and was completely non-functional right out of the box. It was supposed to be new, but it clearly wasn’t in working condition.To make things worse, the company’s technician came for installation, discovered the unit had no gas, and said he would return the next day to fill it. He never showed up, despite multiple follow-ups. I reached out to Amazon for a return or replacement, but they refused to help. Absolutely ridiculous for a product that was defective from the start.This is unacceptable service from both Amazon and the seller. I’ve wasted my money, time, and energy—and I’m still left with a useless AC. Think twice before buying any appliances from here.
