I love this tea, however i think its i’m the expensive side so I do look around for the Best Buy. This product seem to be comparable with other buyers on Amazon.

This mugwort is supposed to be calming but for some reason it gives me severe anxiety and I spend hours ruminating on "what if this or that goes wrong" scenarios, so I unfortunately cannot finish the bag (it comes in a generously large bag with 100 teabags inside). I've taken mugwort in a oil form before and had wonderful dreams - no dreams at all after drinking just 1 cup, but woke up several time with anxious thoughts. Cannot say that it agreed with me, although I tried several times to take it, and it seem to bring out doubts/fears/shadow work, for me personally where I am just expecting nice chill times. So to me personally it's not a great tea, but it might work for others.

I love the flavor and it is really soothing. Makes me sleep like a baby
