I am incredibly enthralled about this purchase. I make jewelry and love to bring my 'art' along with me whenever I travel, but I've always carried everything in a box. Anyone out there who wears jewelry will understand - I spent too much time every trip untangling things and sifting through piles of chain and metal to find just one earring.Every other jewelry holder I've looked at in person and online (and I've looked at every one I could possibly find around my area) have all been way too large and bulky or too 'simple' (i.e., only a couple separate pockets). I love that this jewelry organizer allows you to organize necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, and more with snaps and pockets and more! I can actually differentiate each piece of jewelry pretty easily. Everything stays puts surprisingly well!Btw, one of my concerns was not being able to snap the organizer shut after putting my jewelry in, because I cannot tell you how often this happens to me with other snap-closure bags. And I have quite a bit of jewelry! The designer actually took into account the fact that people might use the pockets and snaps to their full capacity - and I am so thankful for that!I didn't think I'd use the two extra pouches that come along with this organizer, but I was wrong. They are great to hold larger items and can even be used for other travel items that might need to be contained/protected. All I do it fill up the bag, pull the drawstrings, and loop the organizer's long snap closure through the ties. It all stays together!Absolutely LOVE this product and will definitely recommend it!Btw, pretty sure there are about 10 or more necklaces shown in the attached picture... Awesome!

Let me begin by saying that I am in the luxury jewelry business. So I know how fine jewelry should be transported. At first glance I thought this was a really good jewelry wallet. It even came with bangle size pouches.Then I started loading it up. I ended up using the pouches for pearls since I ran out of room. I stacked my bangles over the post earring section since I didn't include any posts. Having said that, if I had put posts on there that would have been my one complaint.The way the wallet folds would expose at least one pair of studs on each end, leaving them susceptible to scratching or loss. In the end I also moved my bangles to a pouch because where they were was too exposed.Overall I still think this was a good buy. It held more than I expected. I was also very greatful for the pouches. They will protect my pearls well.If you can help it I would go light on the right side and try to use the far snap. The snap to make it wider is appealing but I would be afraid that there would be too much movement which can cause scratching and wear. Ideally I would say one snap tighter would be even better.

This is the most awesome and amazing little cosmetic bag. I figured that I would not be able to put all of my makeup in it, WOW, WAS I WRONG!! This held everything, and I take about 10 of everything when I travel. It has tons of little pouches, pockets, zippers and more. As an example, I took 10 different lipsticks with me and they all fit in one little pouch. Numerous eye showdes, 4 masquara,12 different types of brush, and tons of everything else AND I still had 5 inches left to the top of the main porch!! I guarantee that you will lov this bag. It even has a hook for hanging up. Fit right in my carry-on and because there was so much stuff in it, I got through security with some liquid makeup over the limit, by mistake, and it passed both ways!! BUY IT, BEST ORGANIZATION OF MY MAKEUP I EVER HAD, BETTER THAN AT HOME,!!

As promised I would write my assessment of this product after our planned trip. I prepared for this trip to Europe prepacking my suitcase to ensure all would fit in the suitcase as well as my small backpack I would be using as a purse for the most part and making the most of space which was absolutely necessary. I planned to use this jewelry case in my purse/backpack as I would always keep this on my person as I would be bringing very minimal jewelry but those articles were important to me. After attempting to carry just 2 rings, one fine necklace, 3 small pair of earrings and a slightly larger choker type necklace was that the jewelry case took up entirely too much room no matter how I arranged items inside. Inevitably I ended up placing all the items into the small velvet pouches for protection and placing both into a small sandwich Ziploc bag which I then carried in my purse and took up almost no room but still protected the jewelry from damage. One of the other major shortcomings with this case was that if you place much at all inside it becomes very difficult to secure closed as intended and as you can read I took very little at all and was already running into problems and could not fit a larger bracelet and necklace I wanted to also take and resolved this by wearing those items during the flights I took. I hesitated before purchasing about just resorting to ziplocs in pouches and wished i'd just done this and saved the money for this purchase in the end, sorry.

This is the BEST jewelry organizer ever! LOVE the necklace snaps, TOP and BOTTOM. This is the only jewelry organizer that has this feature. This is invaluable for keeping chains from tangling. It has lots of pockets for additional items, as well as a wonderful place for rings, earrings etc and a separate pouch for bracelets or anything else. I bought this for my daughter so that she could safely take her jewelry to Scotland. She was thrilled with this organizer, and I know that she will use it for a long time. The only thing I wish were an option, are different color choices. It would be so awesome if this were available in a tan or blue color, so that it was easier to find in a suitcase. EVERYTHING is black. If this is ever made in a one of these neutral colors, I would buy it right away!

This is such a handy little case! Lets me take x6 pairs of earrings, x4 necklaces as many rings as I can imagine PLUS it has 4 extra zipper compartments! And it comes with two super soft pouches which I find are perfect for watches/bracelets. Goodbye to untangling my jewelry!

Sent back. Snaps would not work on the outside to close the pouch.
