Q: I recently purchased this item, how do I use it? Need instructions and may want to buy more.

It is a conditioner so you wash with shampoo and then apply. It does not take a lot. I have thick long hair and I can use one bottle multiple times. It works best if you leave it on for 3-5 min. I have natural curly hair that frizzes. This takes all the frizz out and leaves me with just natural curls no frizz.
