You can taste that this product is 100% genuine. It has the nettle burn to it. You can add it to juice or water or place it under the tongue as I do. It seems like good quality. The serving size is 1ml however the pipette supplied doesn't have any markings tell you how much 1ml is nor do the instructions tell you how many drops 1ml is. I roughly know this because I use several tinctures that use pipettes however if your not like me then how are you supposed to know? I guess they expect you to use "The Force". This is a major fail in my opinion. At the bare minimum state on the bottle how many drops 1ml is or add ml markings on the pipette dropper. At least one or the other. I'm tempted to give it only 3 stars for this blunder but I believe the products quality to be good so it still gets a 4 star from me but sought that out "Natural Sources".

Never used nettle tinctures before, but heard it is very good for certain things so thought it was a good opportunity to try, The taste is a little odd top start with. But once you get used to it, it is ok.Seems to be ok and am using it everyday so will see what happens.Look forward to seeing the results.
