Just perfection... Simple, fluffy and tasty!
I don't often write reviews but I must give this product a well deserved 5 star commendation. It is the simplest way to make real pancakes without any culinary skills. Just follow the instructions. Whether or not you are gluten intolerant or not, this mix makes perfect pancakes! They don't just look like an ad, but also the flavour and fluffy consistency are perfect! Personally, instead of vanilla I add a pinch of salt. It makes a nice contrast with the maple syrup. I use dark Syrup by the way. I threw all caution to the wind and had a stack of 4 small sized cakes with lashings of maple syrup running over the glossy butter... Well worth every calorie!

A real treat
Extremely promising and I was not disappointed. As gluten free foods go, there is some sort of substance that is missing from them, but , you cannot buy a gluten free product and expect it to be anything like a gluten based product. But this , I excitedly looked forward to and it was nice to have a pancake batter that could be relied upon. The pancakes are great, very soft, fluffy, little mushy after you add in wet toppings. But, very, very nice.

Makes great pancakes and waffles. Hot tip, swap coconut milk for cow milk to get even yummier waffles with a crisp outside and chewy center.

This product makes the best pancakes! They are light and fluffy and you wouldn't even know they're gluten free. I make them for the children in my life and they always want more. I have purchased this mix in the past. They are very delicious!
