I am one of those folks who orders from Amazon pretty regularly. Lately I have had to lower my expectations for various reasons, one being the packaging, small item rolling around in a huge box, delivery person tossing same, etc. When I opened this one, it was carefully wrapped with the cushion being covered in plastic, the legs in bubble wrap, and the instructions readable print. The previous two items I have ordered came with instruction "books" that were so tiny and voluminous that I couldn't read them or understand them, as I am not a computer whiz or a 6 yr. old kid. In this case, the items were plainly numbered on the letter-sized sheets, with an idiot proof step by step sequence. But best of all, when I opened the box, the Allen wrench and the screws that were needed to put the stool together were right on the top in a sealed red bag with a ribbon tied to the inside of the box. There was no digging through everything to find them so I almost cried (well, not really but close). The unpacking, reading the instructions and putting the stool together was about 10 minutes total. And, it looks just like the picture, something I have found lacking in a lot of things I order. The fabric is good quality, and the stool is very sturdy, as it would hold a coffee tray, laptop, etc. very easily. I'll admit it is one of those things that I will take a stroll through sunroom just to admire as I am that person. Its just so nice and satisfying to receive an item that showed attention to the manufacturing, shipping and ease of use for the customer. Matter of fact, I'm thinking about ordering another one as soon as I can find a place to set it.

The ottoman is pretty and easy to assemble. I have it in my walk in closet. You can step on it and use it as a step stool and it holds well. It’s very durable and yet it’s very pretty. The cushion is just a tad thin. Wish it was just a little bit thicker. I definitely recommend it.

I bought this to prop up an injured knee in the office. Is comfortable and works perfectly for this purpose. It was also easy to put together and looks really nice. I like the metal frame too.

This vanity stool was a perfect fit for under my small vanity. Using the diagrams on the instructions I tried to assemble exactly what I saw. Unfortunately, the predrilled holes in the bottom of the seat cushion did not align with the legs no matter which way I assembled the leg unit so I could not finish assembling it.Too bad because I really liked it and it seemed it would be very sturdy since the legs were metal and not wood.

This is a very nice product for the money. I was able to put it together in no time with the tool that came with the stool.Once together it was very sturdy. I think it will work very well as my bathroom vanity stool. Great job!

Easy to assemble. Fits perfectly.

The screws are painted so you cannot tighten them at all. The bottom of the seat has no predrilled holes visible, so you’re guessing where they are through the fabric. Not worth the price
